Day 1 - Arrival at Ahmedabad – Little Rann of Kutch (90 km / 2 hrs)
On arrival at Ahmedabad, you will be warmly welcomed by our tour representative and proceed towards the Little Rann of Kutch. This unique salt marsh is famous for the Wild Ass Sanctuary, home to the endangered Asiatic Wild Ass. In the evening, enjoy a jeep safari to explore wildlife such as desert fox, blue bull, and migratory birds. Overnight stay at the resort in Little Rann of Kutch.
Day 2 - Little Rann of Kutch – Jamnagar (210 Kms / 2 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jamnagar, a city known for its beautiful temples and bird sanctuaries. Visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Palace Museum followed by a trip to the Bala Hanuman Temple, famous for its continuous chanting of ‘Ram Dhun’, listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. Overnight stay at Jamnagar.
Day 3 - Jamnagar – Dwarka (240 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Today, proceed towards Dwarka, one of the most important Char Dham pilgrimage sites dedicated to Lord Krishna. Visit the Dwarkadhish Temple, Rukmini Temple, and the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. In the evening, attend the enchanting Aarti at Dwarkadhish Temple. Overnight stay at Dwarka.
Day 4 - Dwarka – Porbandar – Somnath (200 Kms / 4 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Somnath en route Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi. Visit Kirti Mandir and the Sudama Temple before continuing to Somnath. On arrival, explore the Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple, a revered shrine of Lord Shiva, and enjoy the spectacular Light & Sound Show depicting its history. Overnight stay at Somnath.
Day 5 - Somnath – Diu (90 Kms / 2 Hrs)
Post breakfast, drive to the coastal town of Diu, famous for its serene beaches and Portuguese heritage. Visit Diu Fort, St. Paul’s Church, and relax at Nagoa Beach. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Diu.
Day 6 - Diu Sightseeing
Enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Diu. Visit Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, INS Khukri Memorial, and the Sea Shell Museum. Spend time at the pristine beaches like Jallandhar Beach and indulge in water sports activities. Overnight stay at Diu.
Day 7 - Diu – Sasan Gir (100 Kms / 2 Hrs)
AAfter breakfast, drive to Sasan Gir, the only home of the Asiatic Lions in the world. Enjoy an afternoon jungle safari in the Gir National Park where you can spot lions, leopards, hyenas, and over 300 species of birds. Overnight stay near Gir National Park.
Day 8 - Sasan Gir – Junagadh – Gondal (200 Kms / 4 Hrs)
In the morning, depart for Junagadh, a historic city at the foothills of Mount Girnar. Visit Uparkot Fort, Ashokan Edicts, and Mahabat Maqbara. Later, drive to Gondal, famous for its palaces and vintage car collections. Explore the Naulakha Palace and Swaminarayan Temple. Overnight stay at Gondal.
Day 9 - Gondal – Palitana – Bhavnagar (190 Kms / 4 Hrs)
Today, proceed to Palitana, one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites for Jains. Climb (or take a doli) to the Shatrunjaya Hill Temples, consisting of over 900 beautifully carved temples. Later continue to Bhavnagar, where you will visit Takhteshwar Temple and Victoria Park. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.
Day 10 - Bhavnagar – Velavadar National Park – Lothal – Ahmedabad (210 Kms / 4 Hrs)
On the last day, drive to Velavadar National Park, famous for the Blackbuck Antelope and large flocks of migratory birds like harriers and flamingos. Later, proceed to Lothal, one of the prominent sites of the Indus Valley Civilization, known for its ancient dockyard and archaeological remains. Finally, return to Ahmedabad for your departure, marking the end of a memorable Gujarat Heritage & Wildlife Tour.
