Day 1 - Arrival at Ahmedabad
Upon arrival at Ahmedabad, the heritage capital of Gujarat, check into your hotel and relax. Later, if time permits, visit the famous Sabarmati Ashram, Kankaria Lake, and the spectacular Akshardham Temple (closed on Mondays). Overnight stay at Ahmedabad.
Day 2 - Ahmedabad – Jamnagar (305 Kms / 6 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jamnagar, known for its temples and heritage structures. On arrival, check into your hotel. Visit Lakhota Lake & Lakhota Museum, Bala Hanuman Temple (famous for its continuous chanting of “Ram Dhun” listed in Guinness Book), and explore local markets. Overnight stay at Jamnagar.
Day 3 - Jamnagar – Dwarka (141 Kms / 3 Hrs)
This morning drive to Dwarka, one of the Char Dham and Sapta Puri pilgrimage sites. On arrival, check into your hotel and later visit Dwarkadhish Temple for evening aarti. Stroll along the Gomti Ghat for a serene spiritual experience. Overnight stay at Dwarka.
Day 4 - Dwarka Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of Dwarka sightseeing. Visit Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Rukmini Devi Temple, and take a short ferry to Bet Dwarka Island. In the evening, return to Dwarkadhish Temple for the divine aarti. Overnight stay at Dwarka.
Day 5 - Dwarka – Somnath (234 Kms / 4 Hrs)
Today drive to Somnath, one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva. Enroute, visit Porbandar, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, and see Kirti Mandir and Sudama Temple. Continue to Somnath and visit Somnath Temple, Bhalka Tirth, and Triveni Sangam. Attend the mesmerizing evening aarti and sound & light show. Overnight stay at Somnath.
Day 6 - Somnath – Diu (86 Kms / 2 Hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Diu, a former Portuguese colony known for its beaches and heritage. On arrival, check into your hotel. Visit Diu Fort, St. Paul’s Church, Naida Caves, and relax at Nagoa Beach. Overnight stay at Diu.
Day 7 - Diu – Palitana – Bhavnagar (200 Kms / 4 Hrs)
Today morning, drive to Palitana, the most sacred Jain pilgrimage site with Shatrunjaya Hills, housing more than 900 intricately carved temples. After darshan and exploration, continue to Bhavnagar, a historic city known for its culture and temples. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.
Day 8 - Bhavnagar Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing in Bhavnagar. Visit Takhteshwar Temple, Nilambagh Palace, Gaurishankar Lake, and explore the local bazaar for handicrafts. In the evening, relax at leisure. Overnight stay at Bhavnagar.
Day 9 - Bhavnagar – Ahmedabad (174 Kms / 4 Hrs)
After breakfast, drive back to Ahmedabad. Depending on your flight/train schedule, visit Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, Hutheesingh Jain Temple, or indulge in some shopping at Law Garden Market. Later, drop at Ahmedabad Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey with wonderful memories of Gujarat.
